How to Book
- Search for a suitable and available date from the cottage rental list.
- Send a booking request by email, phone, or by post.
- The landlord will send you a booking form / invoice where you will find the bank account number.
- Pay a 30% advance payment by the due date and the booking is complete.
- The remaining payment must be paid no later than four weeks prior to the rental start date.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the start of the stay, there is no 30% advance payment, rather the payment is paid in full.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing to the landlord. If the cancellation is:
- more than 30 days before the start of the stay, then there is only a cancellation fee of 40 EUR
- 21-30 days before the start of the stay, then there is a charge of 30% of the booking fee
- less than 21 days before the start of the stay, then the full rental fee is charged
The Landlord has the right to cancel the booking
In case of an unforeseeable accident (force majeure), the landlord may cancel the reservation.
The handover of keys
The resort's keys are handed over to the customer at a pre-agreed time. The agreement with the key provider should always be made beforehand. The key pick-up point is indicated on your booking form / invoice.
